Body and Mind Self-Defense

Antony Ferguson, a national Krav Maga instructor, will explore practical techniques and strategies for both physical and mental self-defense through live demonstrations. Attendees will learn techniques that are practical and intuitive for people of any age, shape or size.
Sifu Doug Miller and Sifu Dawn Swajian will guide participants in the foundational movements of Tai Chi, an ancient martial art rooted in Chinese tradition that encompasses a series of flowing movements to enhance physical well-being. This is to improve cognition, balance, muscle strength and motor control while offering stress reduction and anxiety management.
There will be a buffet dinner and one complimentary cocktail during social time.
All are welcome, regardless of DBA membership status.
Registration deadline is May 28.
MCLE credit is one hour general.
