Estate Planning/Probate CLE Marathon

Attorneys, paralegals and legal staff may attend for discussion on alternatives to conservatorship, the attorney-client relationship and the ethical duties to a client, communicating with clients that are children or otherwise competency impaired, how to communicate with people with dementia, tax implications valuable to probate attorneys, the role of court-appointed counsel and the role of the public guardian in probate.
A portion of the event fees will go to the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association on behalf of the RCBA.
A continental breakfast, lunch and light snacks will be provided.
Registration deadline is April 30
MCLE credit is five hours, including one hour ethics.
