Thomas Dominick, chairman of his firm’s trusts and estates department, will be the speaker. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

He will discuss tools for effective probate settlement in this course designed for legal professionals navigating Probate Settlement Week. The discussion will include the Breslin Notice requirements, strategies for pre-settlement preparation and advanced negotiation techniques to address family disputes.

This event will be both in person and on Zoom.

Lunch will be provided.

Reservation deadline is Jan. 20 at noon.

Course generates one hour MCLE credit and one hour LSCLE credit.
