Robert Krasney, who has 24 years’ experience in eviction law, will discuss how to handle evictions in probate situations, including the basics of how, how much, where, when and why unlawful-detainer law intersects with the probate processes, and how to apply the eviction processes to those probate situations that require removing occupants from property in the probate/trust.

Lunch will be provided.
