No Matter How Thin the Pancake, It Has Two Sides: Hardball Tactics for Offense and Defense in Hardball Negotiations

David Coher, a mediator and arbitrator who sits on the ADR panel for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, will give an in-depth review of techniques designed to uphold respect, civility and professionalism in interactions with both parties and opposing council.

Registration deadline is Dec. 9.

MCLE credit is one hour civility in the legal profession.

Free – $25 Attendance is free for RCBA members and $25 for non-members.
