Civil Litigation Roundtable Discussion

This virtual discussion will feature Riverside Superior Judge Craig Riemer. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask for advice on civil litigation and for information about how the court operates.

In addition to answering questions, the following may be addressed:

• How to draft a memorandum of costs
• Notices of settlement: What if the settlement won’t be performed for several years?
