Post-Conviction Release — A Path to Redemption: From Sealing Arrests to Sanitizing Convictions and New Automated DOJ Relief

April 9 @ 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm

Megan and Michael Scafiddi will review post-conviction statutes and present updates that provide greater relief for the previously arrested or convicted at this general membership meeting of the SBCBA. The material will include amendments to Penal Code 1203.41, which addresses dismissals on state prison sentences.

SBCBA members may register by email to web-events@sbcba.org with “MCLE 4/9/24” in the subject line. Non-members may register online here.

MCLE credit is one hour general.

Free – $20 Attendance is free for SBCBA members and court staff, and $20 for non-members.
