Susan Nauss Exon and Tom Watts from California Arbitration and Mediation Services will be panelists. They will discuss how, in understanding the underpinnings of bias and assessing its role in negotiation, the practitioner becomes better equipped to navigate the nuances of interactions between client and counterparts alike.

MCLE credit is one hour implicit bias.
