Claremont McKenna College Mock Trial seeks about 170 judges and attorneys to volunteer in the American Mock Trial Association Regional Tournament.
Volunteers do not need prior knowledge about the case subject, and volunteers from all areas of law are welcome.
The tournament is scheduled for Feb. 4 and 5 at Claremont McKenna College. There will be two rounds each day, lasting about three hours each.
The trial uses a modified version of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
This year’s project is a civil case about a fatal aircraft crash.
This will be a preliminary round for the annual intercollegiate championship.
