The San Bernardino County Bar Association Estate Planning and Probate Law Section will present a bench bar symposium titled Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Practice, Nov. 18.
Speakers will be the Hon. Michelle H. Gilleece, the Hon. Stanford E. Reichert, supervising probate judge the Hon. Tara Reilly and San Bernardino Superior Court presiding judge the Hon. Michael A. Sachs.
From 3 to 5 p.m. there will be an MCLE class:
- Ethics in probate practice
- New legal developments
A cocktail social hour will be from 5 to 6 p.m.
The dinner program will be from 6 to 8 p.m.:
- The state of the probate court
The symposium will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton at 285 E. Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino.
SBCBA certifies that this activity is approved for 2.5 hours of MCLE credit by the California State Bar. One hour of specialization credit for estate planning, trust and probate law; one hour of ethics MCLE; and .5 hours of general MCLE will also apply.
