Lenita Skoretz has been appointed to a judgeship in San Bernardino Superior Court.
The family law attorney has been a sole practitioner since she joined the bar in 1997, according to the governor’s office.
Skoretz has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and a Master of Arts in history from Andrews University in Michigan.
She fills a vacancy created by Judge Bryan Foster’s retirement.
