A former Mission Inn employee sued the Historic Mission Inn Corp. Nov. 30, alleging the company undercut break times and did not pay for employee’s time during coronavirus screenings.
Plaintiff Andrea Seas worked at the Mission Inn from March 29 until Aug. 3, according to her complaint.

The Mission Inn failed to pay wages for employee’s hours while they lined up and waited for coronavirus screenings, the suit alleges. Since the total hours worked is increased by the screenings, sometimes more than eight hours a day, many employees are also owed
