The scheduled program for the Riverside County Bar Association’s general membership meeting Jan. 21 will be Kenneth Starr.

Starr is a New York Times best-selling author, has championed the cause of religious liberty and freedom of conscience for all people throughout his career in law, academia and public service, the RCBA’s email announcement says.

Starr is currently Of Counsel to the Lanier Law Firm. He served as president an chancellor of Baylor University and dean of the Pepperdine School of Law. He has argued 36 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, including during his service as U.S. solicitor general.
