Ontario’s McCune Law Group was granted their motion for class certification for a case against Ford Motor Co.—while Ford lost their own motion for summary judgment—Nov. 7.

The June 10, 2019, complaint in Lessin v. Ford alleged the motor company fraudulently hid faults in the suspension of F-250s and F-350s produced from 2005 to 2019. The complaint names the resulting shake of the steering wheel the “death wobble,” and says it kicks in when the vehicle is moving over 50 miles an hour.
