Riverside judicial hopefuls Gerald Pfohl, prosecutor, and Elizabeth Tucker, commissioner, compete in a runoff race. In the primary, Pfohl received 44.48% of votes, while Tucker got 42.28%. Jeffrey Kirk, with 13.24% of the votes, was eliminated.
