Gov. Gavin Newsom has appointed Sean P. Crandell, Joshua A. Knight and Marie Elena Wood to vacant judgeships in the Riverside County Superior Court of California, according to a news release from the court.

“A state Judicial Needs Assessment has found that the Riverside Superior Court is in dire need of judgeships to help process the growing caseloads in its communities,” the release reads.
