Two former Carter High School administrators will not be convicted for failing to report sexual assaults to the police.

The San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office brought a felony charge of permitting child suffering and two charges of failing to report against former Carter High School Vice Principals David Yang and Natasha Harris Feb. 23, 2022.

San Bernardino Superior Judge Corey Lee struck the felony charges Jan. 20.
