    • The public water district serves 25,000 connections from Corona to Temecula. The entity sues on claims the 3M Co.’s fire suppression foam sold to March Air Reserve Base has seeped into the groundwater and polluted water sources.
  • Paul Nutall v. City of Ontario (5:25-cv-00539 ): Civil Rights Act. Unassigned.
    • Nutall, a Texas resident, claims he was profiled by Ontario police immediately after leaving Ontario airport with a rental car. The complaint says he was originally stopped for expired tags, then arrested for the stated reason of outstanding warrants.
