Former La Sierra Academy school counselor Matthew Daniel Johnson was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison Feb. 12 after pleading guilty to production of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Johnson’s Aug. 28 plea agreement admits to paying a minor to produce a pornographic video. He also admits to secretly recording 62 boys between 3 and 12 and years old in La Sierra Academy’s bathroom using a pen-shaped recording device. He also admitted to recording boys in the bathroom at a Junior High School Bible Camp.
