Daniel Ordonez, charged with attempted kidnapping; evading a peace officer; and possession, manufacturing or selling a weapon, will serve three years in county jail.

He will also see three years of formal probation.

Ordonez changed his plea to no contest at a March 29 hearing.

Prosecutors say the crimes occurred Oct. 7, 2015. They filed their case Dec. 13, 2016.

Each charge gives 364 days in jail.

Daniel Greenberg of Greenberg Greenberg & Kenyon represented Ordonez.
