Can your employer force you to get a COVID vaccination (to cause immunization)?

Yes.

The U.S. Department of Justice confirmed on July 6, 2021 that an employer may legally make vaccination a requirement of continued employment — even when the vaccine is subject to EUA.

Refusing to be vaccinated may also make an employee ineligible for unemployment benefits.

There are exceptions for people with specific disabilities or religious beliefs that prohibit vaccines.
