He claims he visited the restaurant around June 2023, and that the parking lot did not have van accessible parking up to ADA standards. Yelp reviewers reported the restaurant closed prior to June. Their phone number does not work, and their website is insecure.

- Constantino Acevedo claims he was improperly beaten and arrested by sheriff’s deputies while suffering delirium from a severe kidney failure on Sept. 22, 2021. His complaint says he was released on midnight Sept. 24, 2021, without knowledge of his kidney failure.
- Constantino Joshua Acevedo v. City of Fontana (5:23-cv-01923): Civil Rights Act. California Central District Judge Jesus Bernal presides.
- Acevedo claims he was still acting erratically due to his kidney failure on the morning of Sept. 24, 2021. He claims he was spraying his hose on the front lawn of his house, jumping up and down, and praying. Fontana police arrived, and saw his pants fall down, because he was emaciated. The police moved to arrest him, and used what Acevedo says was excessive and potentially deadly force to do so. He was taken to Fontana’s Kaiser Permanente, where he was diagnosed as having severe kidney failure. He brings chargers for excessive force, failure to intervene and city liability.
