    • It’s the Bible vs. comic books. The International School of Ministry (ISOM) is based in Redlands, and claims to be the largest multi-denominational, video-based Bible school in the world. Isom the superhero is a Texas rancher who reluctantly picks up the mantle of superhero in a comic book. ISOM claims the comic book infringes on their ISOM trademark.

    • A paraplegic is suing San Bernardino’s established Mitla Cafe for allegedly not having an ADA accessible restroom. He claims the restroom is missing a grab bar and that the restroom door is too narrow for wheelchair access.

    • A paraplegic is suing an Ontario laundry for allegedly not having parking spaces accessible for the disabled.

    • A paraplegic is suing Bakers on allegations that their Fontana location, on the intersection of Citrus Avenue and Valley Boulevard does not have ADA accessible parking because the access aisle is sloped and is shorter than the required 96 inches.
