- Lesches, a Los Angeles-based attorney, is suing San Bernardino Superior Court and Los Angeles Superior Court’s executive officers on claims that the courts’ electronic filing procedure violates the California Code of Civil Procedure. He claims that the courts’ procedures, which reject court filings if the fees are incorrectly calculated, go against the code.
