- Zamora sues the county on claims that a sheriff’s deputy shot her dog, Doo Doo, four times after entering her home without a warrant on March 22, 2023. She claims Doo Doo was not being aggressive. She brings causes of action for unlawful seizure in violation of the Fourth Amendment, failure to implement appropriate policies, deprivation of property without due process, cruelty to animals, intentional infliction of emotional distress and trespass to chattels.
