    • Zamora sues the county on claims that a sheriff’s deputy shot her dog, Doo Doo, four times after entering her home without a warrant on March 22, 2023. She claims Doo Doo was not being aggressive. She brings causes of action for unlawful seizure in violation of the Fourth Amendment, failure to implement appropriate policies, deprivation of property without due process, cruelty to animals, intentional infliction of emotional distress and trespass to chattels.

    • Boggs sues San Bernardino Pool Supply on claims that they did not properly designate their disability-accessible parking spaces up to ADA standards.

    • Boggs sues a liquor store at 2238 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino, on claims that their disability-designated parking space did not have proper signs or an access aisle with a level surface slope.

    • Macy sues the county on claims that the fee for a new address for her vacant property constitutes extortion.

    • Harrell sues on claims that a phone repair shop at 18018 Foothill Blvd., Fontana, California, failed to properly designate its disability-accessible parking space and to provide a wide enough access aisle.
  • Cameron Harrell v. Chiva Coco Restaurante (5:24-cv-00938): Americans With Disabilities Act. California Central District Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym presides.
    • Harrell sues Rialto’s Chiva Coco Restaurante, at 148 W. Foothill Blvd., on claims that they didn’t properly post and designate their disability-accessible parking space, and improperly placed a fence across the boundaries of the access aisle.
